Lucy joined the Private client department of Meikles in April 2023, having qualified as a Solicitor in 2006. Lucy works in the Barnard Castle office, specialising in Wills, Trusts, Probate, including intestate estates, Court of Protection matters, including Deputy appointments and Statutory Wills as well as Powers of Attorney. Lucy is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and can advise on a range of matters from the simple to the more complex in relation to succession and estate planning and associated issues for a broad range of clients. Lucy is also an Associate Solicitor for Solicitors for the Elderly.
